"Worst experience. 1st thing that I have seen is even the gatekeeper judge you. I with my brother when entered the shop the my brother was stopped to ask what does he need here. He didn't question me instead he said namaste ma'am welcome. The 1st disappointment. When he said he wanted to buy some gift for his sister in silver the look on the sales person as if disgusted and said we don't have such things here. A lady customer standing in front suggested him abt the silver jewellery section. He was sent there with no respect. My brother is known businessman if he can be judged n treated this way I doubt any person would be treated in any better way.."

"This review is from a year back but it has bothered me for this long that I felt I needed to leave a honest review. I don't usually write reviews so you can imagine how angry I was, and that to after much time. The owner has such a big ego that it was disgusting. He only cared for celebrity clients and those of social status. Me and my family were visiting from Canada and wanted to come in to take a look. He didn't care for us at all and felt we were a time waste. In fact he showed us cheaper products assuming we didn't have the budget even when we asked to see a more luxury collection. He kept taking about all the endless celebrities he serves, Ambani this, Sonam Kapoor that...... He then got up and left us to attend another client. We waited for him to serve us for over an hour. We then called our local family who knew of him (they were locals known in the city) to tell him a Canadian family was waiting to be served. We overheard him telling his elite clients "I have a very important lady and her family from Canada on her way to come see me". We then said excuse me that's us who you were treating we were like nothing. You should have seen the look on his face, in complete owe. It felt great. We still bought jewelry from him. Not because of him, but the pieces itself were beautiful. On our way out we made sure to tell him we may not be celebrities or local socialites but we work for an honest living and we still matter too. A successful business is only successful as their customer service. We as a family also run a luxury business in Canada as well. We never turn away a customer, and treat every customer like royalty. At the end of the day we understand that a customer puts food on our table. This place is complete garbage when it comes to understanding the importance of customer service and I hope the owner learns to control his disgusting "ego". Overall, if you are a regular person that is looking to be treated like garbage and disrespected then this is the place to go. Otherwise I suggest looking elsewhere."

"Worst jewelry showroom. They don't have boxes according to the articles' sizes. They are in hurry to take the payment n then the owner disappears leaving rest on the inefficient staff . Very bad experience 😕 will never recommend anyone to go to them . Because of the inefficiency after the payment they made me wait for 45 minutes to search the box as per the size of item I bought."

"Worst. Ever. People at Silverline told me to go to Shriram Hari Ram for a jewelery repair. After not having the item ready when they said not once but twice, they did a rush job, losing original beads and using cheap, poorly knotted thread. Employees were dismissive until I made it clear that they had warranted not only no further business from me but also a negative public review - at which point a half hearted apology was offered...."
